The shaft is 100% carbon which makes it very light yet sturdy to avoid any unnecessary vibration. The pole absorbs vibration – not the body. LEKI's adjustable, releasable Trigger strap offers superior support and the convenience of a releasable system. And LEKI's Easy Locking System (ELS) offers a secure adjustment hold with the least amount of torque (hand strength required). The strap is comfortable for fingers and the thumb. The end of the pole features a rubber tip you keep on for Nordic Walking on hard surfaces like asphalt.
