The eFECT II is an improvement on Gerber’s now iconic compact multi-tool for the AR-15 / M4 / M16 weapon platform. The eFECT II features an M249 style carbon scraper for cleaning out the inside of the bolt carrier, a second contoured steel scraper for cleaning caked on carbon from the bolt, and a removable dental-style carbon pick for cleaning the ejector end of the bolt
